PhlSlot Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PhlSlot ("PhlSlot," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PhlSlot website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on PhlSlot, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that PhlSlot may publish from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

PhlSlot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of PhlSlot's real-money gaming services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. PhlSlot strictly enforces this age restriction and will require documentary proof of age during the verification process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of PhlSlot is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by PhlSlot or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on PhlSlot. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

To access PhlSlot's real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a single player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

PhlSlot is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all registered players. You agree to provide, upon request and within the timeframe specified by PhlSlot, the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name, or bank statement);
• Any additional documentation that PhlSlot may reasonably require to comply with its regulatory obligations.

PhlSlot reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay, or close an account pending the completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. PhlSlot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify PhlSlot immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account by contacting our support team.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your address, email, or mobile number — you must update your account profile promptly. PhlSlot will not be liable for any failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated account information.

All financial transactions on PhlSlot are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). PhlSlot supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• PhlSlot does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which PhlSlot accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your PhlSlot balance within minutes. In the event of a delay, you must contact PhlSlot support with proof of the transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your PhlSlot account. PhlSlot does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. PhlSlot reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory identity verification.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. PhlSlot aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though this is not guaranteed.
• PhlSlot reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Please refer to Section 5 for full bonus terms.

PhlSlot offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. PhlSlot reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• PhlSlot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not prejudice any bonus already accepted and in progress by a player.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

PhlSlot employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonus balances forfeited, and any winnings derived from abusive play voided.

All games available on the PhlSlot platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. PhlSlot's RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

• Each game on PhlSlot is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be refunded to your account balance. PhlSlot's decision in such matters is final.
• PhlSlot reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of a software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.
• Live casino games are subject to additional rules specific to each live table, as communicated by the live dealer and displayed within the live game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PhlSlot platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on PhlSlot, whether under your own name or any alias;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Attempting to exploit any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PhlSlot staff or other players through any communication channel.

PhlSlot is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits that reflect their financial circumstances.

• PhlSlot provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and reality check notifications, all of which can be configured within your account settings.
• Players who wish to take a temporary break from gaming may request a cooling-off period of between one (1) day and six (6) weeks.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from PhlSlot may request a self-exclusion, which will result in the permanent closure of their account and the blocking of any future registration attempts using the same identity.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. During this period, you should refrain from placing further wagers.

All content on the PhlSlot platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of PhlSlot or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without PhlSlot's prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any PhlSlot trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or that implies endorsement by PhlSlot without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PhlSlot, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or interruptions to the Platform;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

PhlSlot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PhlSlot account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PhlSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• PhlSlot has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• PhlSlot is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law;
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon closure of your account for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting PhlSlot support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and PhlSlot, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting PhlSlot's customer support team. PhlSlot will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. PhlSlot also operates a formal complaints procedure in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework, details of which are available upon request.

PhlSlot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PhlSlot will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
